Service Delivery Policy
Draft — pending review by YHC’s counsel. Not yet in force.Draft — not yet effective
1. What "delivery" means for a home healthcare booking
There is no physical shipment. "Delivery" is a trained staff member (nurse, doctor, or other clinician depending on the service) and, where the service requires it, equipment, arriving at the address given at booking.
2. Areas served
YHC currently serves a defined set of localities in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The current, exact list is always up to date on /areas — we add areas as staff coverage grows, so this policy states the mechanism rather than a list that would go stale.
Booking a service at an address outside a served area is blocked at checkout before payment; you will never be charged for a booking YHC cannot staff.
3. Arrival time
Each service page states its target arrival window (for example, "arrives in ~3 hours" for a doctor visit) and, once enough bookings have completed in an area, a live median based on recent real arrivals rather than a fixed promise.
For a scheduled (non-ASAP) booking, staff are expected at the selected slot start time.
4. If a booking cannot be staffed
An unfulfilled booking (no staff member available for a confirmed booking) is fully refunded plus a goodwill account credit, with a callback from our ops team, within 60 seconds of being marked unfulfilled. See /legal/refunds for the cancellation charges that apply when you cancel — this section covers the reverse case, where YHC is the one that fails to deliver.
5. Equipment rental delivery and pickup
Rented equipment is delivered and demonstrated at setup, and collected at the end of the rental period. A refundable deposit is authorised at booking and refunded within 48 hours of the equipment being picked up in acceptable condition.
