1. What these terms cover

These terms govern bookings made through yhchospital.com, the YHC app, or by phone/WhatsApp with YHC Hospital at Home, operating in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

2. No login required to book

You can book without creating an account first. An account is created automatically from your OTP-verified phone number after a booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and reflect the current published rate for that service; GST is added at checkout where applicable. You may pay in full, pay a partial amount online with the balance in cash after service, or pay entirely in cash after service, depending on the option offered at checkout.

4. Cancellations and refunds

See /legal/refunds for the full refund policy, including the credit YHC issues if it cannot staff a confirmed booking.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate medical and contact information at booking — inaccurate information can affect the care staff are able to provide.

Provide safe access to the service location for assigned staff.

6. Staff conduct

All staff dispatched by YHC are verified and trained for the skill category they are assigned. Report any conduct concern through /contact — it is investigated and logged.

7. Emergency services

The /emergency path is for medical emergencies and dispatches immediately without a payment gate; billing occurs after the patient is stabilised, per the emergency flow described on that page.

8. Limitation of liability

This section requires counsel review before publication — it will define the scope of YHC’s liability consistent with applicable Indian consumer protection and healthcare law, and will not attempt to waive liability for negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction, subject to counsel review.
