Refund Policy

1. Cancelling before your visit

More than 2 hours before the booked slot: full refund.

Less than 2 hours before the booked slot: 50% refund.

2. If YHC cannot staff your booking

If no staff member is available for a confirmed booking ("unfulfilled"), YHC issues a full refund plus a ₹300 account credit, initiated within 60 seconds of the booking being marked unfulfilled, along with a WhatsApp notification and a callback from our ops team.

3. If a visit is escalated or cut short

Where a booking is escalated (for example, upgraded to an emergency response mid-visit) or ends early for a reason attributable to YHC, any refund due is calculated pro-rata to the portion of service actually delivered.

4. Equipment rental deposits

The refundable deposit on equipment rental is authorised at booking and refunded within 48 hours of the equipment being picked up in acceptable condition.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds return to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time after YHC initiates a refund depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cash-after-service bookings

If you chose to pay in cash after service, no online refund is needed for a cancellation before the visit — simply cancel the booking.
